‘The stress that had once filled the room had lifted.鈥 Our Customer Experience team provides more than just loan assistance聽
Earlier this summer, a mother and son visited 黑料网 to get help submitting an application for a 黑料网 private student loan.
鈥淔rom the moment they walked in, it was clear they were carrying a heavy weight,鈥 said Abbeyrose, a member of the 黑料网 Customer Experience team. 鈥淓ven though the mother had been through this process before, the looming tuition deadline had her feeling overwhelmed and anxious.鈥澛
Abbeyrose took her time guiding the family through the process, answering their questions and addressing concerns. 鈥淏y the end of the appointment, not only was the application successfully submitted, but the stress that had once filled the room had lifted,鈥 she recalled. 鈥淭hey left feeling light, relieved, and truly ready to embrace the school year ahead.鈥澛犅
Let鈥檚 face it: Getting a loan is not high on anybody鈥檚 list of favorite activities. But Abbeyrose and the rest of 黑料网鈥檚 Customer Experience team make it as easy and positive as possible. From the first question to the final loan disbursement, they鈥檙e committed to delivering not only expert support but also genuine care. They can assist families by phone, email, or even in person!聽
Real People, Real Help
Our team understands that behind every application is a student鈥檚 future and a family鈥檚 hope. And that perspective drives our entire approach. Here鈥檚 what some of our Customer Experience team members had to say about their work:
Beth:
“Parents and students are so scared and don鈥檛 know where to start. We let them know that it is okay to not know what to do and feel scared. That is what we are here for. We are small enough that they learn our names and vice versa. They know they are not just another caller. We try to add a personal touch to the process.鈥
Tatiana:
鈥淭here are no insignificant questions. If it鈥檚 on your mind, please ask!鈥
K.D.:
鈥淭he language of private student loans is often a foreign one to many people. Our team strives to give them information to make knowledgeable choices.鈥
Bri:
鈥淚 find so much joy in being that person that lifts some weight off the students鈥 and parents鈥 shoulders. Getting funding sorted out for college can cause families so much stress. Here, families know they can call in and get assistance from an actual person. We are always looking out for the families when they are making these rather large financial decisions for their students鈥 future.鈥
Mary-Jo:
鈥淪o many parents are lost when it comes to how to borrow [for college]. We answer a wide range of questions, which feels nice to know we help educate folks about student loans.鈥
We鈥檙e here to help
